In our garden we only grow vegetables and herbs from old seeds and use them for our freshly prepared food and drinks every day. Our artesian water from our own source invigorates and revitalizes well-being. For our pizzas, breads and pastas we only use flour made from ancient grains and traditional varieties that are not genetically modified and are easy to digest – ideal for allergy sufferers. Our pizzas and breads are made exclusively from sourdough and a fermentation time of at least 3 days ensures good digestibility. Visit us and enjoy an unforgettable experience in a historical ambience and cozy atmosphere!
